## Product questions and access

Email [Sam Leon at sam@taxweave.ai](mailto:sam@taxweave.ai) with questions about TaxWeave, whether it fits your firm, or how to get started. TaxWeave is operated by TaxWeave, PBC, based in Richmond, Virginia.

For early access, [request a founding spot](https://taxweave.ai/#access) and book an introductory call. The call helps establish whether the product fits your firm. A short evaluation agreement follows the call. Bring your client list as a CSV or Google Sheet and access to your firm's email and document accounts for onboarding.

## What to include

Describe your firm's workflow, the tools you use, and whether you need client context or 1040 workpaper preparation. For support, describe the issue and the steps that led to it. Do not include taxpayer documents, Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive client information in an initial email or a website signup form.
