# TaxWeave pricing

## Standard pricing

All prices are USD per client per month. Rates apply in graduated bands; reaching a new band does not change the rate for earlier clients.

| Client band | Monthly rate per client in this band |
| --- | --- |
| First 200 clients | $5 |
| Clients 201–1,000 | $4 |
| Clients above 1,000 | $3 |

The standard monthly minimum is $99. There are no seat charges.

### Example

A firm with 250 clients pays 200 × $5 + 50 × $4 = $1,200 per month before the founding firm discount.

## Founding firm offer

The first 50 founding firms receive 50% off for the first year, starting at $2.50 per client per month, with a $50 monthly minimum. After the first 50 firms, new firms join the waitlist.

## Available features

Client context, engagement status, and 1040 workpaper preparation are available now. Supported integrations are Google Sheets, CSV upload, Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook, and OneDrive. Completed-return review and automatic engagement phase advancement are in development. Business-return workflows are targeted for the 2027 tax filing season. TaxWeave does not file returns or replace client portal software today.
