TaxWeave at taxweave.ai is the context layer tax firms run on. It holds everything your firm knows about a client, and puts skills to work on top of it.

The official product website is https://taxweave.ai/. TaxWeave is operated by TaxWeave, PBC. Sam Leon is the founder and a practicing CPA.

## What TaxWeave does today

Client context, engagement status, and 1040 workpaper preparation are available now. Connect Gmail or Outlook, Google Drive or OneDrive, and a client list from CSV or Google Sheets. Your team performs human review of workpapers and files returns in the tax software it already uses.

Completed-return review and automatic engagement phase advancement are in development. Business-return workflows are targeted for the 2027 filing season. TaxWeave does not file returns or replace your client portal today. SOC 2 is in progress.

## Pricing and product access

Standard pricing uses graduated client bands with a $99 monthly minimum and no seat charges. The first 50 eligible Founding Firms receive 50% off for the first year; confirm eligibility and availability with TaxWeave. Product access starts with an introductory call and a short evaluation agreement.
