Effective July 28, 2026
By accessing TaxWeave, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TaxWeave is the context layer tax firms run on. It holds everything your firm knows about a client and puts skills to work on top of it, connecting to the tools your firm already uses. The current list of supported integrations, and how data from each is handled, is maintained and updated in the Privacy Policy.
TaxWeave is currently available on an early-access basis only, under a separate Early Access Evaluation Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share login access with others. Access is granted on an individual basis and is non-transferable.
You may use TaxWeave to support your internal tax practice operations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or sublicense the service. You may not use TaxWeave to provide services to third parties outside your firm. You may not attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the service or access data belonging to other users or firms.
You retain all rights to your data. Each integration requires your explicit authorization, and you may revoke any integration at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
As new platform integrations become available, you will be notified. Each new connection requires your explicit authorization before any data from that source is accessed. You are never automatically opted in to a new integration. See the Privacy Policy for the current list.
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or comments about TaxWeave, you grant TaxWeave, PBC the right to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation or obligation of confidentiality to you. This is how early-access products improve.
TaxWeave is in pre-release. The service may be interrupted, updated, or discontinued at any time. Features may change. It is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxWeave, PBC’s liability to you is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind, including loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to use the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of TaxWeave after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
