TaxWeave is an operating system-style software that was created, designed and coded by a career tax CPA who noticed a gap in both project management tools and AI solutions available within the profession. Made for large or small teams, it is designed to fill gaps that most other tools miss.
First and foremost, working in a highly regulated industry, TaxWeave prides itself on having a unique safety layer that makes analysis of sensitive tax documents secure.
Second, unlike with typical practice management systems, you don’t have to migrate your data on Day 1, as TaxWeave is designed to integrate across your existing tech stack. Hook up your email inbox and your client document archive to our secure intelligence layer. Vira, your OS assistant, can then guide you through your client book, provide details on clients and their engagements, answer questions about work you’re doing, and provide status updates through both natural language and actionable buttons.
It also provides the foundation for agent building functionality, which is currently under development.

TaxWeave utilizes agentic AI action-taking in order to provide the maximum value and clarity to users about their clients. We utilize software fundamentals and machine learning to ensure that AI is applied only when it can responsibly answer questions about your data.
Currently, TaxWeave is being built out such that users will be able to build custom agents to act on their data.
Software is currently only available under contract, as it is not yet widely available for sale. However, you can expect that pricing goes according to how many clients are in your book of business. Pricing packages currently include custom iteration on AI agents alongside the founder.
The aim is to empower tax professionals to use AI responsibly on sensitive client information, as well as create a stable foundation of organized data from which to deploy agents that you can either custom-build or choose from a library of existing options.
